Creative Edge Web Maintenance

There is nothing more detrimental to a company than a website that is outdated or poorly maintained.  Customer retention is the key to good business, and the most effective way to keep your customers coming back is to continue to provide new or updated information, pictures and/or videos.

Maintenance does not include: content creation; design work; graphics creation; copywriting/editing or programming. Additional services which are not included in the Maintenance plan may be added at our regular rate or according to contract terms.

*NOTE:   We always go the extra mile for our clients, but due to the complexity of some programming code in JavaScript or PHP or the complexity of graphic elements, some changes must be reviewed before determining whether they fall under the maintenance plan services.

How does it work?

Just send us an email with a list of the site changes.  The list of updates are then reviewed and we will contact you with any questions about the changes if necessary.  Updates are made and posted live or at a temporary page for review.  Our standard hourly rate for maintenance is $125/hr. Changes are billed in increments of 15 minutes to maximize your dollar and time efficiency.  Pay-As-You-Go allows for small changes without committing to a long term relationship and provides for changes that  take less than one hour.  If you need regular updates to your website, then our fixed maintenance plans (based on pre-paid “blocks” of hours) will be more economical.

Pre-Paid Terms: 12 month contract. (2 months pre-paid, then invoiced monthly and a major credit card must be on file).  Additional hours are billed at enrolled Maintenance Plan price.  Maintenance Plan hours are non-cumulative and do not carry over to the next month. Discounts are off our standard hourly maintenance rate. Turnaround times are for non-urgent edits. Rush service is available.
